After login on https://prepca.com/login.php You'll see your account details over there and below that you'll see portals like 
1) My question paper Click on my question paper portal and you will get a download option there to download 
2) Suggested Answers Click on the suggested answers portal and you will get a download option there to download 

Note:  
1) You need to compulsory add the first page and last page of the question paper to your answer sheets. 
2) Papers won't be evaluated if the first and last page is not added 3) Send your answer sheets for evaluation on prepca.evaluation@gmail.com
